WHO IS DINA

Hello, my name is Dina, I'm from Lisbon (a city I love!!) and I'm a citizen of the world.
After living in Portugal for more than 10 years, I returned to Portugal, where I almost immediately started teaching Portuguese to foreigners. For the last 10 years of my life, I've devoted myself almost entirely to translation (my working languages are Portuguese, English, Russian and Spanish), but I've never completely stopped teaching Portuguese. In 2023 I decided to reverse roles and take up teaching Portuguese language and cultures as my main occupation and leave translation as a secondary activity (which I continue to do, but as a supplement).
Languages I speak: Portuguese - native / Russian, English and Spanish

Lígia
A Brazilian citizen with a degree in journalism from the University of XXX, Lígia lived in London for three years as a BBC correspondent. She then moved to Lisbon, where she met Dina and became a co-worker in the translation group. With no previous experience of teaching Portuguese to foreigners, Lígia took the time to prepare herself and the result is simply excellent.
Languages she speaks: Portuguese and English
